2005年博士毕业于南开大学,统计与数据科学学院教授,20143-20147, 201710月至2018年10月在美国宾夕法尼亚大学访问; 2007-2018年多次在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学访问。主要从事结构生物信息学、单细胞多组学分析等方向的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金2项、天津市自然科学基金1项。在Circulation, Nature Communications, Nature Methods等杂志发表SCI学术论文20多篇。
